The talented Ghanaian rapper who just dropped a collabo with Shatta Wale last month is still forging ahead and showing no signs of slowing down to the delight of fans.
Medikal whose real name is Samuel Adu Frimpong has had a great year and started it off by dropping “Boom” on January 2nd and went ahead to feature on Pappy Kojo‘s “Fuoco” with Cool Joe also in January. He again in January dropped another song “For You” collaborating with Bisa Kdei.
Medikal has also this year released “Adwee Ba“, “Talk To Am” featuring Patapaa, “Don’t Do Drugs“, “Yesu” featuring Phil Black and Shatta Wale‘s “Yaro“.
Sarkodie requires little introduction as long as African music is concerned. He is one of Africa’s best rappers at the moment and the CEO of Sarkcess Music. A heavyweight rapper by all standards and one of the major proponents of the Azonto genre and dance.
In addition to dropping hits upon hits,Sarkodie is in high demand for collaborations; and has done this with many top artists both within and outside Africa. The list includes GuilyBeatz, Ced, Solo, Tspice, Jesse Jagz, Masterkraft, Korede Bello, Flavour, Ludacris, Trey Songz, T-pain, Miguel, Movado and others.
This year, Sarkodie has dropped songs like “CCTV” with King Promise and Mugeez. He has also released “Can’t Let You Go” featuring King Promise, “ Black Excellence“. Sarkodie has been on several collabos this year including; DJ Mensah‘s “Say I Do“, Obrafour‘s “Moesha” , Skales “Body” and others.
Omar Sterling has been a bit quite. He last dropped “Unruly” featuring Burna Boy a while ago; but he may be sending notice on this song that he is fully back on ground to claim his rightful place.
